We are so sorry for your loss. We spend lots of time with our cousin Russell while growing up in Mclean County. He was a special guy and left a legacy to be remembered. Even though we did not have opportunity to meet Russell, we got to know him through the funny stories and love shown through Steve and Shawna when they talk about him. Shirley, Larry, Steve and Shawna,Chris and Carol, and family,
I've known Russell since I was 16. He got my husband a start in the coal mines in 1977.
He will be sincerely missed and I'm so sorry of his prolonged illness. His abrasive personality l could appreciate. This is a generation that will be missed knowing only a small part of their lives. Children of parents that survived the depression, World War I. Their selfs World War II, Korean War and Vietnam. I hope you can get some rest now Shirley. I know how worn out all of you are, Much Love, Carols sister----Cathy
