Although not a resident any more in McLean County, we would get news occasionally from Lena. Our association with her included a long standing and happy agreement with her family regarding my acreage. My sympathy and that of my husband, Dr. John Hendricks.

Judy and Glen, I was sad to read of your Mother's death. I still have and treasure a handwritten note I received with her beautiful penmanship. It was the unexpected thoughtfulness, the message and her handwriting that have made it a very special souvenir from a beautiful person who I will always think of with love.
