I miss you so much. It's already been almost 2 months and you still cross my mind every day. I'm so glad we had talked shortly before. I wish you could've met Neil. I know he would've loved you, but I know now that you'll be watching over him every day. You were an awesome big cousin and friend. I'm so glad I was able to grow up with you. Rest easy.

I am so very sorry to hear of your loss. John was such a sweet young man with a very loving heart. I truly enjoyed being a part in helping him achieve his educational goals, especially teaching him the meaning of the word 'onamonapia' ☺. Such a joy.
This world has definitely lost a good soul. My prayers and thoughts are with you now, and always.

John was and is a good kid. I know him through my sister Mary. I thought the world of John and still do. He was always at the house. I am so sad by the knowledge that one of the kids I watched blossom in school pass away. Life is way to short. Love life and live it while you can. John was always a big ball of energy and always have a smile on his face. He brought joy to so many people and will be greatly missed. Prayers for his family.

Steven, Mrs. Ruth, Vonda, I'm so sorry to hear of this tragic loss. You know my heart grieves for you as you know I went thru the same thing by losing my grandson Cody Bailey at the hands of someone else. I will be there with Rick Morris to show my support for the family. I'm so sorry for your loss and there are never any words to help at this time. Just know you and your family are in my family's prayers for you.

John had a sweet soul and a great character. He would make anyone smile. I wouldn't have known John if it wasn't for my son JD. That's how I came to know him. He was very polite and respectful when he met me. Vonda, I am so very sorry for your loss. He was loved by many and will be missed by all. God Bless! You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

I am amazed at the number of people whose lives you touched - friends that have poured out their love for you and had so much good to say about you. No one could have been more loyal, loved, caring, and humorous as you (your dad was the same way when he was growing up). To know the joy you brought to others during your life is a comfort to everyone who knew you. You are a special young man, loved by many. Seeing your pictures over the years is like looking at your dad - you could have been twins. The last time I saw you, you were a teen stopping by at your grandmothers with a couple of friends - so cheerful and happy looking. I was visiting her on vacation and I was struck by how much you looked like your dad. Rest easy John - your family will miss your smile. With love, your Aunt Sandra.

I was so saddened to learn of John's passing. I have wonderful memories of him playing with Turner and skate boarding with the gang when they were younger. I can't even imagine how difficult this is for you all. Please know Molly and I are thinking of you and your family.

John always put a smile on my face. Most of the time I had to cover it up since I was his teacher and sometimes it was difficult to not break out laughing at some of his actions and comments. But he always made me want to smile. He will be missed. So sorry for your loss.
