David Parrish, Sr., 59, of Hathaway Street, Owensboro, Kentucky died Thursday, December 12, 2016 under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. David Phillip Parrish, Sr. was born December 14, 1957 in Owensboro and enjoyed spending time his family and friends and helping others. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Ruth Carolyn Phillips on January 10, 2017.
Survivors include four daughters: Cortney Daughterty, Brittany Parrish, and Carolyn Tague all of Owensboro, and Amber Parrish of Pensacola, FL two sons: David Parrish, Jr. of Pensacola, FL, and Ryan Parrish of Owensboro.
Family services will be held at a later date. Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for David’s family.
