Glenn Arnold

Glenn Arnold  70, of the Pack Community in McLean County, Kentucky died Wednesday, September 23, 2015 at his home.  Hugh Glenn Arnold was born August 13, 1945 in Rumsey, Kentucky to the late Gurden Lee “Sonny” and Muriel Cleo Cobb Arnold.  Glenn was a welder and equipment operator and attended Neals Chapel General Baptist Church.  He loved quarter horses, enjoyed hunting, and watching both his son and grandchildren play ball.  In addition to his parents, Glenn was preceded in death by a daughter, Glenna Gayle Arnold, and two brothers, Carl Ray Arnold and Donald Wayne Arnold.

          Survivors include a son and his wife, Tracy and Kris Arnold of Pack; three grandchildren, Brittany Mier and husband, Brett, Graci Arnold, and Jaden Arnold; two great grandchildren, Brighton Mier and Ani Mier; two brothers, Eddie Arnold of Calhoun and Curt Arnold of Beech Grove; and three sisters, Peggy Hendrix of Rumsey, Rita Shaw of Sacramento, and Laura “Tuffy” Elwood of North Carolina.

          Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday at Poplar Grove Cemetery in McLean County with the Rev. Joey Todd officiating.  Friends may visit with Glenn’s family from 12:00 P.M. (noon) until 2:45 P.M. Sunday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.

          The Glenn Arnold family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Poplar Grove Cemetery Fund; C/O Jerry L. Baggett; 5007 Pack Church Road; Rumsey, Kentucky  42371.  Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
