Vickie Greenwell

     Vickie Greenwell  73, of the Panther Community in Daviess County, Kentucky passed away Saturday, February 22, 2025 at her home.  Vickie Joan Shultz was born March 27, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Charles and Bertha Burgess Shultz and was married to Larry Dennis ‘Bucky’ Greenwell on March 31, 1983.

     Vickie was a longtime staff member of Windy Hollow Restaurant in Daviess County.  She enjoyed working puzzles and visiting with her many customers and friends at Windy Hollow.  Vickie also loved spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

     In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years, Larry ‘Bucky’ Greenwell, who died January 16, 2016.

     Vickie is survived by four daughters, Tisha Coffman, Dena McCamish, Heather Doss, and Amy Thomas all of Owensboro; seven grandchildren, Blake McCamish, Spencer McCamish, Jade Coffman, Justice Harris, Jacob Doss, Bailey Hayden (Gage), and Sydney Mattingly; 5 great-grandchildren; a brother, Billy Shultz of Owensboro; and two sisters, Donna Mattingly (Bill) of Louisville and Brenda Henry of Stanley.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.  Burial will be in the Echols Cemetery in Ohio County.  Friends may visit with Vickie’s family from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Musters in Calhoun.
