Vicki Taylor 67, of Livermore, Kentucky passed away Thursday, May 7, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Vicki Lynn Chapman was born May 26, 1958 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Frederick Lawrence and Margaret Susan Isabell Chapman and was married to David Glenn Taylor on August 29, 1985.
Vicki retired from Target in Owensboro. She loved being on the beach and collecting seashells. Vicki also enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and granddog.
In addition to her parents, Vicki was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Hadley Claire Taylor; by a sister, Mary Lou Chapman; and by her step mother, B.J. Chapman.
Vicki is survived by her husband of 40 years, David Taylor; a son, Daniel Taylor (Jenna) of Livermore; a daughter, Jarah Knott (Jordan) of Bowling Green; two grandchildren, Trent Taylor and Tara Taylor; a brother, Joe Chapman (Debbie) of Evansville; three sisters, Ceely Shepherd (David), Cathy Chapman both of Jacksonville, Florida, and Sherry Bennett (Ty) of Blairsville, Georgia; several nieces and nephews.
To share stories and celebrate her life, friends and family may visit with Vicki’s family from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Monday, May 11, 2026 at Livermore Missionary Baptist Church, Christian Life Center. Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Vicki’s family.
