Tommy Lee 85, of the Nuckols Community in McLean County, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 15, 2024 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun. Thomas Glenn Lee was born October 10, 1939 in McLean County to the late Stewart William and Anna Lea Jarvis Lee, was married to the former Joan Johnston on December 20, 1961, and was better known as ‘Tommy’ to both his family and friends. Tommy was baptized in the Green River on Sunday, September 23, 1951 and was the last surviving member of the Old Buck Creek Baptist Church. He was a life-long farmer and a cable tool oil field driller.
Tommy was a life member of the National Rifle Association, a life member of the Kentucky Railroad Museum, a life member of the Tennessee Railroad Museum, and a charter member and former president of the International J.I. Case Heritage Foundation.
In addition to his parents, Tommy was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years, Joan J. Lee, who died May 2, 2014.
Tommy is survived by his Nuckols neighbors and long-time friends.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, November 18, 2024 at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel. Burial will be in the Buck Creek Baptist Cemetery in McLean County. Visitation will be from 10:30 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Monday at Musters in Livermore.
