Shelia Phillips 64, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2026 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Shelia Dianne Troutman was born April 26, 1961 in Daviess County, Kentucky to the late Homer and Sue Layson Troutman.
Shelia earlier worked at Unilever in Owensboro and attended Buck Creek Baptist Church. She loved caring for her cats and spending time with both her family and friends.
In addition to her parents, Shelia was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Dowell.
Shelia is survived by three daughters, Lisa Case, Julie Phillips both of Owensboro, and Tonya Conway (Phillip) of Island; 14 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, February 9, 2026 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the Glenville Baptist Cemetery in Daviess County. Friends may visit with Shelia’s family from 11:30 A.M. until 3:00 P.M. Monday at Musters in Calhoun.
