Ruth Ann Johnson

     Ruth Ann Johnson  80, of Livermore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at her home in Livermore.  Ruth Ann Ford was born May 12, 1941 in Livermore, Kentucky to the late William and Edith Shanks Ford and was married to Charles Malcolm “Buddy” Johnson in 1961.  Ruth Ann was a homemaker and loved the Lord Jesus.  She enjoyed watching both Elvis and Willie Nelson on tv and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Ruth Ann was preceded in death by two daughters, Tracey Wood and Tanzi V. Johnson and by three grandchildren, Leslie Wood, Holly Campbell and Alexander Wood.

     Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Charles “Buddy” Johnson; a daughter, April L. Simmons of Livermore; four grandchildren, Brittany Wethington (Nathan), Alex Johnson, Logan Simmons and Dakota Butler; 3 great grandchildren; and a sister, Jane Page of Livermore.

     Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel.  Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery in Livermore.  Friends may visit with Ruth Ann’s family from 10:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Musters in Livermore.
