Ronald Boyd

     Ronald Boyd  81, of Clearwater, Florida; formerly of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away Monday, July 28, 2025 at Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, Florida.  Ronald Kay Boyd was born January 27, 1944 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late James Earl and Ruth Frances Walker Boyd.

     As a young man, Ronald attended Owensboro High School and worked for the Bluegrass Shows, traveling with their shows across the country.

     In addition to his parents, Ronald was preceded in death by four brothers, Jimmy Boyd, Carl Boyd, David Boyd, and Bobby Boyd.

     Ronald is survived by his twin brother, Donald Boyd (Ann) of Fayetteville, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews.

     Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, August 1, 2025 at Bethel Baptist Cemetery in McLean County.  There will be no public visitation.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Ronald’s family.
