Rice Winston Obituary

Rice B. Winston 75, of Utica, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the Waters of Rockport in Rockport, Indiana. Rice Bickerton Winston was born September 8, 1947 in Orange County, Virginia to the late Miller Overton and Alice Douglas Winston. Rice was a farmer, loved fishing, watching birds, and University of Kentucky Basketball.

Survivors include a son, Stephen Winston (Tina) of Philpot; a daughter, Rebecca Fleck (Doug) of Celestine, Indiana; two granddaughters, Shelby Williams and Caitlyn Williams; a great granddaughter, Lilly Estes; a brother, Skip Winston (Marian) of Lexington, Virginia; and a sister, Frances Airhart (Charles) of Lexington, Virginia.

Family services will be held at a later date. There will be no public visitation. Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Rice’s family.
