Randel Phillips 79, of Livermore passed away Thursday, February 19, 2026 at his home in Livermore. Randel Earl Phillips was born October 13, 1946 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Clarence and Magdalene Wells Phillips.
Randel was the owner and operator of Phillips Rental Properties in Livermore and a member of Livermore Missionary Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping, John Deere Tractors, watching the hummingbirds, and listening to music.
In addition to his parents, Randel was preceded in death by two brothers, William Phillips and Don Phillips, Sr.
Randel is survived by his fiancée, Kelly Loxley of Livermore; three sons, Troy Phillips, Roy Phillips (Tiffany) both of Livermore, and William Phillips of Tennessee; two daughters, Cindy Phillips of Livermore and Cathy Torres of Beech Grove; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Nancy Nelson of Buck Creek and Shirley England (Coleman) of Richmond, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel. Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore. Friends may visit with Randel’s family from 11:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Musters in Livermore.
