Martha Ann Sharp

     Martha Ann Sharp  86, of Livermore, Kentucky passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025 at her home in Livermore.  As one of 11 children, Martha Ann Strong was born February 22, 1939 in Daviess County, Kentucky to the late Steven Roscoe and Georgia Ester Case Strong and was married to Ronnie Dale Sharp on May 25, 1991.

     Martha Ann was the owner and operator of McLean County Insurance Agency in Livermore and a member of Livermore General Baptist Church.  Martha Ann was an active member of her church.  She had served as church secretary, choir director and Bible School director.  Martha Ann enjoyed caring for her flowers, singing, as well as watching and feeding the hummingbirds.

     In addition to her parents, Martha Ann was preceded in death by a daughter, Debra Lynn Sartain; two grandsons, Jeremiah Wilson and Montgomery Rhett; a granddaughter, Brittany Wilson; and 9 of her brothers and sisters.

     Martha Ann is survived by her husband of 34 years, Ronnie Sharp; a daughter, Nancy Moore (John) of Island; five grandchildren, Justin Wilson (Tabatha), Josiah Wilson (Nichole), Hannah Presley, Seth Presley, and Tyler Sartain; 9 great-grandchildren; and a brother, B.J. Strong of Livermore.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, September 9, at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel.  Burial will be in the New Hope Cemetery in Muhlenberg County.  Friends may visit with Martha Ann’s family from 4:30 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Musters in Livermore.
