Marshall G. Troutman 74, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 5, 2018 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Marshall Glenn Troutman was born October 15, 1943 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late James Wilford and Virginia Rose Long Troutman and was married to the former Marilyn Grace Hamilton December 7, 1963. Marshall was a life-long farmer, retired from Wal-Mart, was a musician, who enjoyed both Gospel and Country music, and a member of the Baptist Faith. He had an uplifting personality and enjoyed being around people. Marshall loved going to both flea markets and yard sales, where he enjoyed bargaining and collecting and loved his two dogs.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Marilyn Troutman; three daughters, Teresa S. Troutman, Mary Ann Troutman both of Calhoun and Carrie Houtchen of Owensboro; two grandchildren, Caitlin Hunter and Zachary Burden; 3 step grandchildren; and a sister, Marelene Martin of Calhoun.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Jonathan Turner officiating. Burial will be in the Richland Baptist Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Marshall’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Musters in Livermore.
