Louise 'Lou' Leachman

     Louise “Lou” Leachman  72, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Friday, December 20, 2019 at her home.  Elizabeth Louise Corrick was born March 17, 1947 in Philippi, West Virginia to the late Darl E. and Betty Louise Harper Corrick, was married to Tony Davis Leachman October 10, 1968 and was better known as “Lou” to both her family and friends.  Lou retired as an x-ray technician and attended Calhoun Baptist Church.  She enjoyed camping and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Lou was preceded in death by a son, Bryan Leachman, who died September 21, 2018.

     Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Tony Leachman; a son, Michael Leachman (Trish) of Calhoun; a daughter, Lesley Hollimon (Doug) of Hopkinsville; nine grandchildren, Corey Michael Leachman (Hanna), Bryan Wayne Leachman (Brooke), Shelbie Howard (Eric), Kacie Jo Leachman, Faith Marie Leachman, Camden Davis Hollimon, Drake Walker, Paige Hollimon, and Kyan Hollimon; 8 great grandchildren with one on the way; a brother, Alan Corrick (Tracy) of Gulfport, Mississippi; a sister, Joyce Warden of Gulfport; several nieces, nephews and many friends.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with Dr. Richard Sams officiating.  Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Lou’s family from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Musters in Calhoun.

     The Louise “Lou” Leachman family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Calhoun Baptist Food Pantry; P.O. Box 283; Calhoun, Kentucky  42327.  Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
