Kelly S. Kline 56, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 8, 2019 at his home in Calhoun surrounded by his family and friends. Kelly Smith Kline was born August 21, 1962 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Norman Smith and Lorene Taylor Kline and was married to the former Rebecca Adriene Austin. Kelly was a retired Union Pipefitter, a member of Calhoun Baptist Church, a U.S. Army Veteran, and a lifetime member of the 101st Airborne. He enjoyed University of Kentucky Basketball, hunting, fishing, and loved the ocean.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Kline; a daughter, Kellie Streeter (John) of Freelandville, Indiana; three grandchildren, Beau, Allie and Tucker; a sister, Suzie Kline Johnson of Owensboro; a nephew, Ross Johnson of Owensboro; several aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Thursday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Revs. Tony St.Clair, Ken Berggren and Dr. Richard Sams officiating. Military Honors conducted by the McLean County Veterans of Foreign Wars Memorial Post #5415 will follow the service. Friends may visit with Kelly’s family from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Thursday at Musters in Calhoun.
