Kay Stevens

     Kay Stevens  80, of Livermore, Kentucky; formerly of Flatwoods, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, Indiana.  Saundra Kay Stevens was born April 5, 1946 in Ashland, Kentucky to the late Ernest and Hazel Rice Bradley Stevens and was better known as ‘Kay’ to both her family and friends.

     Kay retired as a LPN from King’s Daughters Hospital in Ashland, Kentucky and was a member of Community Church in Calhoun.  She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with both her family and friends.

     Kay is survived by a son, Jimmy Stevens of Pikeville, North Carolina; two granddaughters, Leigha Case (Alex Hunt) of Hartford and Lindsey Barnes (Brandon) of Ashland; 2 great-grandsons; and a brother, Wayne Stevens (Mary) of Flatwoods.

     Family services will be held at a later date.  There will be no public visitation.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Kay’s family.
