Judy Anderson

     Judy Anderson  74, of Island, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Friday, January 22, 2021 at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville.  Judith Nell Edmonds was born November 16, 1946 in Island, Kentucky to the late Lee and Mary McDowell Edmonds.  She was a homemaker, earlier operated the Barbecue Barn in Island and was a member of the Island United Methodist Church.  Judy enjoyed cooking and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

     Survivors include a son, Keith Anderson (Kay) of Island; two daughters, Karen Carter (Arthur) and Kim Anderson both of Island; 7 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; a brother, Danny Edmonds (Susan) of Island; and a sister, Retha Stokes (Gerald) of Utica.

     To honor Judy’s wishes, there will be no public services.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Judy’s family.
