Janice Hudson 83, of Livermore, Kentucky passed away Friday, November 7, 2025 at her home near Livermore. Janice Myrl Long was born March 29, 1942 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Finley Nathan and Julia Bell Wells Long.
Janice was a member of Old Buck Creek Baptist church and retired from appliance manufacturing companies in the area, earlier working at Whirlpool in Evansville, Speed Queen and York both in Madisonville. She enjoyed working puzzles and caring for her cats.
In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by a son, Ben Hudson; a grandson, Christopher Kirtley Hudson; a brother, Darrell Long; and a sister, Sharon Eaton.
Janice is survived by a son, Chris Hudson of Livermore; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-granddaughters; and two brothers, Ronnie Long (Gaynell Shadwick) of Owensboro and Michael Long (Robin) of Sacramento.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel. Burial will be in the Phillips Family Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Janice’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 11:30 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Wednesday at Musters in Livermore.
