Donald L. Dunn

     Donald L. Dunn  73, of the Livia Community in McLean County, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 12, 2026 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun.  Donald Lynn Dunn was born December 14, 1952 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Dalton Lee and Anna Belle Atherton Dunn, was married to the former Nayla Faye Baker on September 28, 1979, until her death on June 29, 2016, and was later married to the former Debra Ann Hall until her death on October 10, 2020.

     Donald was a farmer, welder, and a member of Buck Creek Baptist Church, where he earlier served as a deacon.  He enjoyed University of Kentucky Basketball, farming, and spending time with both his family and friends.

     Donald is survived by a daughter, Julie LeeAnn James (Ryan) of Hawesville; two grandchildren, Leah James and Jaydon James; and two sisters, Dorothy Kanipe (Larry) of Owensboro and Ann Sanderfur (T.C.) of Hartford.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, May 16, 2026 at Buck Creek Baptist Church.  Burial will be in the Phillips Family Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Donald’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Friday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel and from 10:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Buck Creek Baptist Church.

     Julie would like to express her appreciation for both the care and personal attention given to her father by the entire staff of Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center.
