David "Pop" Sutherlin

David "Pop" Sutherlin, 79, of Livermore, Kentucky passed away Friday, January 2, 2026 at his daughter’s home in Calhoun.  William David Sutherlin was born in Livermore to the late Harold Virgil Sutherlin and Viola Belle Frashure and was married to Rebecca Ann Hillard.  He was a member of Plumbers and Pipefitters Local #633 of Owensboro for over 48 years, a car enthusiast, and enjoyed drag racing.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.

          Survivors include two sons, Billy Sutherlin and Sonya of Cloverport, and Charlie and Kristi Sutherlin of Sacramento; two daughters, Anna Sutherlin of Calhoun, and Sarah Melton and Harrison of Owensboro; two stepdaughters, Christy Gillette, and Rachel Mason and Phillip both of Livermore; 12 grandchildren; several great grandchildren; four sisters, Wilma, Nancy, Laquita, and Anita; a brother, Dean Arnold and several nieces and nephews.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, January 5, 2026 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.  Burial will be at Pleasant Hope Baptist Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with David’s family from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. Monday at Musters in Calhoun.
