Charles 'Chucky' Lewis

     Charles ‘Chucky’ Lewis  67, of Calhoun, Kentucky passed away Thursday, April 24, 2025 at Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun.  Charles Hubert Lewis was born January 19, 1958 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Charles Edward and Regena Bell Ratliff Lewis and was lovingly known as ‘Chucky’ to both his family and friends.

     Chucky was a member of the Baptist Faith and was currently serving as Honorable Sheriff of Riverside Care and Rehabilitation Center in Calhoun.  He enjoyed watching movies with his friends.

     Chucky is survived by several cousins, including a cousin and his caregiver, Carolyn Spurrier (Forrest) of Calhoun.

     Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, April 28, 2025 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.  Burial will be in the Pleasant Hope Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Chucky’s family from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. Monday at Musters in Calhoun.
