Annette Colburn

     Annette Colburn  85, of Calhoun, Kentucky passed away Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Ruby Annette Oneal was born January 20, 1940 in Cordele, Georgia and was married to Gerald Franklin Colburn in May of 1960.

     Annette was a homemaker, attended Island United Methodist Church, was an excellent cook, and enjoyed baking.  She also enjoyed coloring and working word find puzzles.

     In addition to her parents, Annette was preceded in death by her husband, Gerald F. Colburn, who died April 21, 1988 and by a son, Chris A. Colburn.

     Annette is survived by a son, Wayne F. Colburn of Calhoun; a daughter, Lisa Colburn of Calhoun; 2 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; a great-great-granddaughter; and a brother, Jerry Oneal of Augusta, Georgia.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at Bethlehem Cemetery in Muhlenberg County.  There will be no public visitation.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Annette’s family.
