Anita Smith

     Anita Smith  55, of Livermore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at Baptist Health Deaconess in Madisonville.  Anita Fa Smith was born November 19, 1965 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late David Wayne and Cleta Fa English Smith.  Anita was a CNA at several area nursing homes.  She enjoyed coloring and caring for her cats.  In addition to her parents, Anita was preceded in death by a brother, David W. Smith.

     Survivors include a son, Michael Smith of Livermore; a daughter, Susan Smith (Josh) of Livermore; a nephew, that she raised as her own son, Shawn Brown of Livermore; a sister, Kathy Smith (Charlie Bray) of Livermore; and a sister-in-law, Kathy Harper of Bremen.

     Family services will be held at a later date.  There will be no public visitation.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Anita’s family.
