Amanda Hill 35, of Owensboro, Kentucky, formerly of McLean County left this life and gained a new body on Sunday, October 2, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. Amanda Nicole Hill was born October 29, 1986 in Fort Belvoir, Virginia and was the adopted daughter of Eric Shane and Mischele Renee Horn Hill. Amanda suffered most of her life with diabetes and was next in line for a kidney transplant through the University of Louisville. She enjoyed playing bingo and spending time with both her friends and family, especially her children.
Survivors include two sons, Nicholas Greenfield and Cameron Douglas; a daughter, Maci Wedding; her parents, Eric and Mischele Hill of Island; her grandparents, Leonard and Teresa Hill of Buck Creek and Joe and Pat Horn of Owensboro; her great grandmother, Dorothy Hill of Island; three brothers, Stephen Hill (Tori), Matthew Davis and Chris Arnold; three sisters, Angel Hill (Dakoma Carbon), Cassandra Eubanks and Brianna Abney; a special friend, Michele Clark; her biological mother, Michele Arnold; her biological father, Carl Lehman; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with her father, the Rev. Eric Hill officiating. Burial will be in the Buck Creek Baptist Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Amanda’s family from 11:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M. Thursday at Musters in Livermore.
