Sharon 'Nana' Mincy

Sharon “Nana” Mincy  53, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at her home in Calhoun.  Sharon Renee Jones was born February 14, 1964 in Rochelle, Illinois to the late Charles Edward and Nancy Elizabeth Shields Jones and was married to David Earl Mincy.  She was a homemaker and a member of Harvest Church in Calhoun.  Sharon enjoyed fishing and working her puzzle books.

          Survivors include her husband of 34 years, David Mincy; three sons, Justin Mincy of Kingsport, Tennessee, Michael Mincy of Rumsey and John Mincy of Elizabethton, Tennessee; 11 grandchildren; five brothers, Billy Jones of Calhoun, Chuck Jones of Scott City, Missouri, Wally Jones of Sikeston, Missouri, Tim Jones of Utica, and James Jones of Philpot; two sisters, Sandy Darnell of Owensboro and Pam Warner of Calhoun; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

          Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Sunday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Will Troutman officiating.  Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Sharon’s family from 11:00 P.M. until 1:00 P.M. Sunday at Musters in Calhoun.
