Doug, I was so sad to hear of Sandy's passing. I had only recently heard that she was I'll.
I have been sick since Christmas or I would certainly have been at her services.
55 years of marriage to a very special partner is a blessing and I know you will miss her so much. Mama & Daddy were married 56 years and it was really hard for him.
Our family hasn't stayed as close as we once were and I regret this.
I hope you know you, your girls and grandchildren will be in my prayers.

Doug, Daughters & Grandchildren,
Joe & I are so sorry for your loss, I graduated with Sandra at Kirksey High School, she was such a sweet person and always willing to help with our reunions. Sandra attended our reunion in July and I had no idea that she had health issues. I know how much she loved her family. May God Bless you is my prayer.

I would like to offer my sincerest condolences during this difficult time, the loss of a loved one can be a painful experience. I hope you can find a measure of comfort in God's Word the Bible. For example, in Revelation 21:4 it mentions a time that is coming when death will be no more and in John 5:28,29 it says how all those in the memorial tomb will come out. So we will have the opportunity to see our loved ones again. For more information about this topic and much more please visit JW. org.

Dear Doug and Daughters,
Nancy and I send our most sincere sympathies. From the moment I set foot on the U. of Kentucky campus in 1963, you and Sandy reached out and made me know that family was close at hand, ready for any need! Over 50+ years, Sandy gave generously of her intelligence, wit, energy, warmth, kindness, and profound wisdom; I was the recipient of her generosity many times, as was her entire family and community. We all are better people for having walked along her same path, aren't we?
Hugs to all!!!

I am very sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you in this difficult time. One encouraging thought you might find comforting is found at John 5:28, 29. “The hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” God gives us this beautiful hope that he will soon resurrect our dead loved ones and we can see them again on a paradise earth. If you’d like to learn more about this hope, feel free to visit JW.org.

I am so very sorry for your loss. Witnessing what an incredible person Susan is, I thought that she likely grew up with a great mom who was a strong role model. Reading the description of Mrs. Woods' life, it is clear that this is true. I hope that the many good memories of her life help you through this difficult time.
