Mike Troutman

Mike Troutman  47, of Jeffersonville, Indiana went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Jane Crawford Hospital in Greensburg, Kentucky.  Tom Michael “Mike” Troutman was born November 20, 1970 in Corydon, Indiana.  On July 19, 2003 Mike married Erica Thompson.  He was a resident of Jeffersonville, Indiana, and worked as a drilling inspector for Khafra Engineering in Louisville.

          Mike loved music of all genres, and the outdoors, especially fishing and camping.  He was a member of Resurrection Life Church in Jeffersonville.  Mike graduated from Apollo High School, Owensboro, in 1988. He received his Bachelor of Science (Physics) from Western Kentucky University, and Masters (Education) from Ole Miss.  Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Tom Troutman and Judi (Harley) Arrants, and stepfather Larry Arrants.

          Mike is survived by his wife, Erica; and daughter, Michaela; siblings, Sara Winger (Jim) of Ferndale, Washington and Leon Troutman (Julie) of Ellensburg, Washington; and step siblings, Scott Arrants, Trace Arrants, Chance Arrants, and Troy Hicks.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, June 16, 2018 at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.  Burial will be in the Glenville Baptist Church Cemetery in Glenville, Kentucky. Friends may visit with Mike’s family from 11:00 A.M. until time of services Saturday at Musters in Calhoun.
