Marie (Quisenberry) Kidd

Marie Kidd 99, of Livermore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Saturday December 30, 2017, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Lillian Marie Quisenberry was born July 18, 1918 in Livermore, Kentucky to the late Edward Everett and Maude Igleheart Quisenberry and was married to William “Bill” Shelby Kidd who passed away on September 1, 1999.  She was a lifelong member of Livermore Baptist Church where she was active in the music department for over 70 years.  Marie graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in Music and minor in English, taught at Livermore High School for several years, enjoyed playing piano and the violin, member of the Livermore Women's Club, and later worked at Kidd and Company in Livermore.    In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by two brothers; Everett S. Quisenberry and Bill Quisenberry, Sr.

          Survivors include a son, Allan Kidd of Livermore; two daughters; Janice Lorraine Zampardi of Tampa, Florida, and Roberta A. Luttrell (Gary) of Livermore; six grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren.

          Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with Rev. Clive Bell officiating.  Burial will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore.  Friends may visit with Marie’s family from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M. until services Wednesday at Musters in Livermore.

          The Marie Kidd family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to Livermore Baptist Church; P. O. Box 287; Livermore, KY 42352.  Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Livermore.
