Kimberly Dawn Thaxton

Kimberly Dawn Thaxton  57, of Greenville, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Owensboro Health – Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville.  Kimberly Dawn Griffith was born November 11, 1960 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Wendell and Nelda Rene Greenwalt Griffith.  She was a homemaker, a member of South Carrollton Missionary Baptist Church, and enjoyed spending time with both her family and friends, especially her granddaughter.

          Survivors include two daughters, Amanda Corbitt of Greenville and Mallory Thaxton of Central City; two step daughters, Laura Thaxton of Bremen and Sara Thaxton of Owensboro; a granddaughter, Ravyn Grace; and a sister, Christy Moore of South Carrollton.

          Funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Saturday at South Carrollton Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Greg Brooks officiating.  Friends may visit with Kimberly’s family after the services Saturday at the church.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Kimberly’s family.
