Julie Clouse 55, of Beech Grove, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 25, 2019 at her home in Beech Grove. Julie Marie Dant was born April 20, 1964 in Daviess County, Kentucky to the late Joseph LV and Anna Lois Thompson Dant and was married to Paul Ronald Clouse April 3, 1982. Julie was a homemaker and member of St. Michael Catholic Church in Sebree. She enjoyed interior decorating, riding her golf cart, and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Julie was preceded in death by a brother, Terry Dant.
Survivors include her husband of 37 years, Paul Clouse; a son, Nolan (Heather) of Calhoun; two daughters, Brook Devine (Dustin) and Lindsey Crabtree (Bobby) both of Beech Grove; seven grandchildren, Hunter Devine, Brooklyn Devine, Braden Devine, Tatum Chapman, Noah Crabtree, Sophie Crabtree and Liam Clouse; a great granddaughter, Adalyne Devine; two brothers, Barry Dant (Josie) and Greg Dant (Annette) both of Beech Grove; three sisters, Shelia Blandford (Bruce) of West Louisville, Pam McCarty (Tommy) of Beech Grove and Kathy Owen (Marty) of Owensboro; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Private family services will be held Wednesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel. Burial will be in the St. Benedict Cemetery near Beech Grove in McLean County. To honor Julie’s wishes, there will be no public visitation.
