Geneva LaGrange Obituary

    

 

     Geneva Shoulders LaGrange  94, of Bloomington went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 25, 2019.  Geneva B. Shoulders was born July 23, 1925 in Oakland City, IN to the late William B. and Oma Finch Shoulders and was married to Carl Emory LaGrange on July 14, 1950.  Geneva was a member of Enon Baptist Church in Princeton, Indiana and was a devoted wife, homemaker and mother.  She enjoyed traveling, quilting, gardening and all of the activities involved with being a farmer’s wife.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years Carl LaGrange and two brothers Henry Shoulders, and Jim Shoulders.

     Survivors include her son, Ray LaGrange of Fort Meyers, Florida; two daughters, Sue Black and her husband Cory of Downers Grove, Illinois; and Judy Butcher and her husband John of Springville, Indiana; six grandchildren, Elizabeth Muster, Amanda LaGrange, Heather Blanton, Stephanie Sieving, Josh Butcher, and Kyle Black; and seven great grandchildren.

     Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Columbia White Church Cemetery in Princeton, Indiana.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Geneva’s family.
