Christy A. Davis

     Christy A. Davis  48, of Calhoun, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 30, 2019 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville.  Christy Ann Wilson was born October 17, 1970 in Calhoun, Kentucky to Carroll Ray and Sharone Faye Woosley Wilson and was married to John Allen Davis October 21, 1988.  Christy was a homemaker and member of Calhoun Holiness Church.  She enjoyed fishing, hunting and being outdoors.  Christy was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, John “Dawg” Davis, who died May 11, 2018.

     Survivors include two daughters, Christian Texas (Brandon Green) of Owensboro and Felicia Davis of Georgia; 4 grandchildren; her father, Carroll Wilson (Pat Epley) of Calhoun; her mother, Sharone Towery (James) of Island; a brother, Bryan Wilson of Florida; and a sister, Cheryl Towery (Daniel Alexander) of Owensboro.

     Graveside services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday at Calhoun Cemetery with Rev. Rick Tingler officiating.  Friends may visit with Christy’s family from 11:30 A.M. until 12:45 P.M. Monday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel.
