Marvin E. 'Bubby' Henderson

     Marvin E. “Bubby” Henderson  57, of Utica, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Marvin Earl Henderson, Jr. was born November 20, 1961 in Louisville, Kentucky to Marvin Earl and Darlett Baize Henderson and was better known as “Bubby” to both his family and friends.  Bubby worked for Painters Local #156 of Evansville, Indiana.  He enjoyed riding his Harley, loved NASCAR races, and enjoyed watching Jeopardy.  Bubby was preceded in death by his father, Marvin Henderson.

     Survivors include his fiancée, Angela Hicks of Utica; two daughters, Jessica Mason and Stephanie Stratton (Colton) both of Calhoun; three grandchildren, Kadyn McElvain, Hunter Stratton and Peyton Stratton; his mother, Darlett Brown (Bobby) of Corydon, Indiana; a brother, Joey Henderson of New Orleans; and a sister, Vicki Watson (Darren) of Corydon.

     Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at Knobbs Church of God of Prophecy with the Rev. Nathan Baize officiating.  Friends may visit with Bubby’s family from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the church.  Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel is handling the arrangements for Bubby’s family.  There will be a Celebration of Life dinner following the service at the Livermore City Hall.
