Ethel Campbell Thomasson 99, of Livermore, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 10, 2019 at The Heartford House in Owensboro. Winnie Ethel Browning was born September 10, 1919 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Harvey and Annie Lee Lott Browning, was married to Wilson Campbell until his death January 27, 1958 and was later married to Curtis Eugene Thomasson until his death July 2, 2007. Ethel was a homemaker and member of Livermore General Baptist Church. She enjoyed quilting, cooking, and caring for both her family and friends. In addition to her parents, Ethel was preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Baggett, who died November 15, 2005; by a son, Woodrow “Woodie” Campbell, who died January 13, 2015; and by two grandsons, Marlon Baggett, who died July 9, 2007 and Robert Zachary Hardage, who died January 22, 2016.
Survivors include two daughters, Patsy Wright (Billy) of Livermore and Marsha Hardage (Wes) of Lusby, Maryland; seven grandchildren, Lisa Hicks (Dwayne), Todd Wright (Jennifer), John Wright (Tawna), Mary Hunnicutt (Jeff), Sean Hardage, Jarrod Pannell (Chelsy Neiman), and Jonathan Campbell (Teresa); and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Roy Day officiating. Burial will be in the Island Community Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Ethel’s family from 2:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. Sunday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Monday at Musters in Livermore.
