Tony McGehee

Tony McGehee  60, of 11730 Kentucky 136 West; Calhoun, Kentucky, died Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital.  Anthony Ervin McGehee was born August 21, 1954 in Owensboro, Kentucky to the late Ervin Omer and Beatrice Emogene Vanover McGehee.  Tony was a service technician for Ward Implement Company and attended Glenville Baptist Church.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to gun shows, riding his Harley, music, and traveling.  In addition to his parents, Tony was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry McGehee.

          Survivors include a brother, Michael McGehee and companion, Julie Towery of Owensboro; a sister, Linda Thomason and husband, Mike of Owensboro; his friend and former wife, Sally McGehee of Beech Grove; two step children, Jamie Murdock and wife, Krista and Katie Evans and husband, Adam; 2 step grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

          Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Charles Thomas officiating.  Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Tony’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Saturday and from 12:00 P.M. until time of services Sunday at Musters in Calhoun.

          The Tony McGehee family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Calhoun Cemetery, Beautification Fund; C/O Winfred Williams; P.O. Box 201; Calhoun, Kentucky  42327.  Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
