Ruby C. Case

Ruby C. Case  86, of Livermore, Kentucky died Saturday, August 22, 2015 at Riverside Manor Health Care Center in Calhoun.  Ruby Catherine Whitaker was born October 15, 1928 in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky to the late Arthur Francis and Nancy Elizabeth Neal Whitaker and was married to William Thomas Case.  Ruby retired as a dietician from Hermitage Manor in Owensboro and was a member of Christ Gospel Church in Livermore.  She enjoyed cooking and spending time with both her family and friends.  In addition to her parents, Ruby was preceded in death by her husband, William T. “Mutt” Case, who died November 13, 1993 and by a son, Timothy Dale Case.

          Survivors include four sons and their wives, James and Becky Case, Tommy Case, Darrell and Anita Case, and Steve and Patricia Case all of Livermore; two daughters and their husbands, Elizabeth and Jeff Douglas and Marcella and Morton Conrad both of Livermore; 17 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; and a sister, Juanita Kassinger of Owensboro. 

          Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Ronnie Dame and Sister Annette Hinton officiating.  Burial will be in the Island Community Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Ruby’s family from 3:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Sunday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Monday at Musters in Livermore.
