Faye B. Dunn

Faye B. Dunn  90, of Glenville, Kentucky died Tuesday, November 22, 2016 in Owensboro.  Londa Faye Bennett was born June 20, 1926 in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Thurman Royal and Bertha Long Bennett and was married to Junior Woodson Dunn on December 22, 1945.  Faye was a homemaker and member of Glenville Baptist Church.  She enjoyed gardening, caring for her roses, ceramics, cooking, camping, fishing, but most of all loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  In addition to her parents, Faye was preceded in death by her husband of 66 years, Junior W. Dunn, who died June 26, 2012.

          Survivors include two sons and their wives, Dale and Diane Dunn of Guffie and Joe K. and Jackie Dunn of Hendersonville, Nevada; three grandsons, Jay Dunn and wife, Amanda, Jon Dunn and wife, Tammy, and Jacob Dunn; four great grandchildren, Lucas Dunn, Nolan Dunn, Juliana Dunn, and Lillian Dunn; and two sisters, Mary Hardison of Calhoun and Joan Bartlett of Panther.

          Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Muster Funeral Homes, Calhoun Chapel with the Rev. Charles Thomas officiating.  Burial will be in the Calhoun Cemetery in McLean County.  Friends may visit with Faye’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Friday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Saturday at Musters in Calhoun.

          The Faye B. Dunn family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Hospice of Western Kentucky; 3419 Wathens Crossing; Owensboro, Kentucky  42301.  Memorial contribution envelopes will be available at Musters in Calhoun.
