Brenda Joyce (Hillard) Simpson

Brenda Hillard Simpson 72, of Livermore, Kentucky died Thursday, July 7, 2016 at her home.  Brenda Joyce Hillard was born March 31, 1944 in the Nuckols community in McLean County, Kentucky to the late Murl Grant and Iva Lou Coffman Hillard.  She a Certified Nursing Assistant at local nursing homes.  Brenda enjoyed times spent with her family and friends and swimming and canoeing in the Green River.  In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters and three brothers.

          Survivors include a son, Larry Joe Dickerson, Jr and his wife Susan. of Livermore; five daughters: Patricia Kassinger, Lisa Boyken and her husband Lewis, Erion Simpson of Livermore, Parsha Huckleberry of Beech Grove, and Sandra Williams of Utica; 17 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; two brothers, Leon Hillard of Island, and James Hillard of Livermore; three sisters: Rebecca Sutherlin of Livermore, Sue Hanson of Dry Ridge, KY, and Janice Brooks of Madisonville; and several nieces and nephews

          Graveside Services will be held at 4:00 P.M. Saturday at Oak Hill Cemetery in Livermore.  Family and friends and invited for a reception at Livermore Missionary Baptist Church, Fellowship Hall following the graveside service. Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel is handling the arrangements for the family.
