Betty was my home ec. teaches at Livermore High School in the 50's. She was such a nice lady, always so polite to everyone and was loved by all.

So sorry for another loss in the family. Betty was one of my favorite cousins. I was always impressed by her piano playing ability. Joyce and I still remember and cherish the visit with you, Jessie, and her a few years ago. Thanks for keeping me in the loop.

'Miss Betty' was my first grade teacher and such a wonderful teacher she was. She not only taught me my A,B,C's and 1,2,3's, but she taught me to love school, to be kind to people, to be happy and to love life. She nurtured me throughout my life and for this I am thankful. My mother collected $2 bills and after my mother died, Miss Betty would often send me a $2 for my birthday or for Christmas. I will always treasure and forever remember my great friend.
