Brenda Everly 75, of Lewisburg, Kentucky went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. Brenda Ann Donohoo was born November 5, 1942 in Island, Kentucky to the late Edward Lee and Martha Helen Brown Donohoo and was married to Robert Joe Everly September 29, 1959. She was a homemaker, earlier worked as a computer programmer, was a member of Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church in Lewisburg, and was a volunteer with Campers on Mission. Brenda loved hummingbirds and spending time with both her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. She also enjoyed cooking, sewing clothing, quilt making, painting, arts and crafts, gardening, caring for her flowers, and making floral arrangements.
Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Bob Everly; a son, Stuart Everly and wife, Robin of Owensboro; a daughter, Susan Brown of Auburn; four grandchildren, Lindsey Christmas and husband, Nathaniel, Joshua Everly, Sidney Brown, and Dalten Brown; 3 great grandchildren; and three brothers, Leon Donohoo and wife, Gail of Owensboro, Eddie Donohoo of Utica and Marty Donohoo and wife, Kim of Island.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Muster Funeral Homes, Livermore Chapel with the Rev. Tim Nugent officiating. Burial will be in the Island Community Cemetery in McLean County. Friends may visit with Brenda’s family from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday and from 9:00 A.M. until 11:00 A.M. Tuesday at Musters in Livermore.
